Dedicated academician with over 10 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering with expertise in Structural Engineering, Structural Health Monitoring, Sustainable Construction, and emerging interdisciplinary technologies. I completed my B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2011) from WBUT, my M.Tech in Civil Engineering (2015) from NIT Durgapur, and earned my PhD (2026) from NIT Durgapur. In addition, I have earned an AICTE-QIP Postgraduate Degree in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (2025) from IIIT Lucknow, strengthening my interdisciplinary research and data-driven analytical capabilities. My primary research interest is in Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) with special emphasis on the Acoustic Emission (AE) technique for real-time damage detection, crack propagation analysis, and non-destructive evaluation of concrete and structural systems. He is particularly interested in integrating AI and machine learning approaches with SHM data for intelligent structural diagnostics. I actively contribute to academic administration and quality enhancement initiatives. I also serve as the Departmental Coordinator for Industrial Internship, NAAC activities, and Add-on Courses, playing a key role in industry–institute interaction, accreditation processes, and skill development programs. With a strong commitment to outcome-based education and student-centric learning, I mentor students in research projects, internships, and technical activities. My broader academic interests include sustainable and green construction practices, performance evaluation of construction materials, and climate-resilient infrastructure development.
